1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the online store www.automatikosprekes.lt.
1.2. The Seller is UAB “Roboneta”.
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1.4. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. The Terms valid at the time of order placement shall apply.
2.1. Purchases may be made by:
legally capable natural persons,
legal entities,
authorized representatives of the above.
3.1. An order is placed by selecting goods, providing the required details, and choosing a payment method.
3.2. A purchase–sale contract is deemed concluded once the Buyer receives order confirmation by email.
3.3. All orders are stored in the Seller’s database.
4.1. All prices are indicated in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Additional services (if applicable) are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
5.1. The Buyer may pay using:
online banking / electronic payment systems,
bank transfer,
payment by bank card to the courier (if offered).
5.2. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment, except where payment upon delivery is selected.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
6.2. Returned goods must be:
unused,
undamaged,
in original packaging,
complete with all accessories.
6.3. Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are borne by the Buyer.
6.4. Returns or exchanges of defective goods are free of charge.
6.5. Refunds are issued within 10 business days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods.
7.1. Electronic products are covered by a 24-month warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
7.2. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:
improper use,
mechanical damage,
normal wear and tear.
7.3. For warranty service, the Buyer must contact info@automatikosprekes.lt.
8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment, accounting, and in accordance with applicable laws.
8.2. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by third parties or force majeure events.
9.3. The Parties shall be liable only for direct damages in accordance with applicable laws.
10.1. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
