2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the www.automatikosprekes.lt e-shop:
2.1.1. By registering in the www.automatikosprekes.lt e-shop – by entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. Without registering in the www.automatikosprekes.lt e-shop.
2.2. When ordering goods in the ways provided for in clause 2.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must indicate the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, exact delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.3. By approving these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data provided in clause 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods/services in the www.automatikosprekes.lt e-shop, analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of selling goods/services in the Seller's e-shop, the Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number specified by the Buyer.
2.5. By registering in the www.automatikosprekes.lt e-shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep the login details safe and not to disclose them to anyone.
2.6. The Buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.
2.7. The Buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, blocking or deletion by writing an e-mail to info@automatikosprekės.lt or by calling +37069908112. In such a case, the Seller must immediately implement the Buyer's request no later than within 2 business days.
2.8. The Buyer has the right to receive information from what sources and what his personal data is collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which data recipients it is provided and has been provided at least over the last one year.
2.9. The Buyer has the right to request the correction, destruction of his personal data or to suspend, with the exception of storage, the processing of his personal data, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.
2.10. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer who performs Registration in the online store www.automatikosprekes.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or first name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online store registration form) for the processing of orders for goods or services or for the fulfillment of other contractual obligations assumed. By placing an order or registering, the Customer agrees to the rules for the purchase and sale of goods, which are 2.3. Clause 2.11 states that by approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the www.automatikosprekes.lt online store, analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing. This also includes sending advertising and information messages, and by registering, the Buyer agrees to receive newsletters and similar materials, which the Buyer has the full right to refuse.
2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller's partners who provide delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.12. Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect this data from unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unlawful actions.
2.13. Personal data of those who have agreed to their data being used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for 2 years for direct marketing purposes. Buyer data is stored for 2 years from the last purchase. After this period, the customer data is (automatically) destroyed. The responsible person supervises the automatic destruction of personal data.
